[aur-general] Please orphan uefivars-git

Hi,

uefivars-git https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/uefivars-git/ installs
packages into /usr/sbin that is not recommended with the new pacman
standard. I notified current maintainer 3 weeks ago and provided
fiexed/cleaned PKGBUILD file. The maintainer never responded.

Please orphan it. I would like to become the package maintainer, fix
the issues and keep supporting the package.
