[aur-general] Multiple Removal Request

Hi everyone, here's a little list of package that need to be removed
in my opinion.

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xfce4-appfinder-devel/ is some sort
of duplicate and deprecate version of
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xfce4-appfinder-git/ so it's pretty
useless.

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xfce4-dev-tools-devel/ is some sort
of duplicate and deprecate version of
https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xfce4-dev-tools-git/ so it's
useless too.

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xfce4-session-lock-screen/ is an
orphan, deprecated package with few votes and there's no an upstream
project.

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xfwm-theme-grayrevenge/ is included
in https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/gtk-theme-grayrevenge/.

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xfdesktop-standalone/ is deprecated
and orphaned (and pretty useless IMHO, it just install Xfdesktop).

https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/xfprint-devel/ very old package,
orphaned and no longer part of Xfce.
