[aur-general] Package merging (redmine)

I would like to merge all AUR packages that i take ownership with the one
newly created by me.

This change is intended to simplify the manutenance of this software,
creating only one package and a better Wiki with the instructions to
specific installations.

The packages to be merged are:

   -

   *redmine-mysql-git*    -
   https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/redmine-mysql-git/
   -

   *ruby-redmine*        -
   https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ruby-redmine/
   -

   *ruby-redmine2*        -
   https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/ruby-redmine2/


Into this package (the new one):

   -

   *redmine* - https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/redmine/
