[aur-general] Package gajim-otr obsolete

Hello, my package gajim-otr-hg[1] is obosolete since February 2012, when 
alternative OTR solution was added to gajim v0.15 as a plugin.

I waited one year, during which all users were notified about the new 
solution, before requesting deletion which I'm doing now. Thanks.
