I second this as I do not recall the wiki captcha to be cumbersome.
Copy, paste, execute, copy, paste. Done in like 10 seconds and nothing
"common" bots would be doing.

Using that captcha at account registration would be highly effective
while only needing 5 small operations of the user :)
