[aur-general] Rename/move request

Hello,

I am renaming/moving libhsl to libcoinhsl for more clarity. If I understand
correctly, I just need to upload the new package and ask for the removal of
the previous one. Is it correct?

Previous one to be deleted/moved: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libhsl/
New one: https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/libcoinhsl/
