[aur-general] Moving tightvnc to AUR

Hi,

tightvnc has stopped releasing new versions for Linux. They only
release new versions for Windows and the JVM. The source download is
specifically for Visual Studio. See:
http://www.tightvnc.com/download.php

We already have several official packages for vnc clients and servers:
vinagre, vino, x11vnc, tigervnc and vncviewer-jar.
I would think that tigervnc is a viable replacement for tightvnc.

If there aren't any wild protests, I'll move it after an arbitrary
amount of time.
