[aur-general] Disown mingw-w64-bin

Could someone please disown mingw-w64-bin [1].
Since Arch Linux has a working mingw-w64 toolchain [2] now it might be
better to delete it?
I emailed the maintainer and only received "Delivery to the following
recipient failed permanently"
