[aur-general] remove vim-cisco and vim-junos

Please remove the package:
vim-cisco -  https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vim-cisco/
vim-junos -   https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vim-junos/  
because they were created with errors and do not take into account the rules  https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/VCS_PKGBUILD_Guidelines
packages have been created according to the above rule to replace the above:
vim-cisco-git -  https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vim-cisco-git/
vim-junos-git -   https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/vim-junos-git/
