[aur-general] Delete package gromacs-4.5.6-complete

Hi,
I'm the maintainer of gromacs-4.5.6-complete. This package was suppose to
be the last gromacs release for the gromacs 4.5.x family required by some
applications. Another release has appeared gromacs 4.5.7. I have
incorporated these package to AUR. Therefore please delete the previous
package.
