[aur-general] Merge request for [sqlmap].

Please merge sqlmap[1] into sqlmap-git[2]. I contacted the sqlmap-git
maintainer, who agreed to a merge.

The sqlmap sourceforge upstream is considered deprecated and the tarball
releases are out-dated. The latest code is in a Git repository.
