[aur-general] Merge Request: pyobfsproxy -> obfsproxy

[郑文辉(Techlive Zheng)]

Package [pyobfsproxy][1] should be merged to [obfsproxy][2], because
the upstream project name does not changed, only a python version
replaces the old C version, and package [obfsproxy][2] has been
updated with the python version.
