[aur-general] Disown request: qscite

Hi

May you disown package 'qscite'? Current maintainer wasn't update package 
since March 2011 and doesn't reply to comments. 
So, it depends on Qt but isn't on Qt4, as needed. And it is necessary a small 
patch to compile the application correctly.
I have an updated PKGBUILD ready to go.
