[aur-general] moving metakit from [community] to AUR

Hi,

metakit is used by no other official packages and was recently moved
from [extra] to [community] due to a lack of interest.

It currently does not build.

The last event in the changelog is in 2007: http://equi4.com/pub/mk/CHANGES
The latest release was 3 years ago: https://github.com/jcw/metakit/tree/2.4.9.7

Moving to AUR.
