[aur-general] Can't upload a new package

Hello,
I'm having trouble sending a new package to AUR.
AUR replies "Missing arch variable in PKGBUILD".
The PKGBUILD is pasted below; `namcap PKGBUILD` says nothing
(i. e. all OK).
