[aur-general] Merging of AUR packages pyvtk with python2-pyvtk, pyvtk-git with python2-pyvtk-git

The packages pyvtk needs to be merged with python2-pyvtk and pyvtk-git with
python2-pyvtk-git.

This is to conform with the standard naming conventions of Python packages.
