Sure, it was the google-cloud-sdk. It includes all of the appengine SDKs as
well, which are already in google-appengine-* packages, making it several
hundred MB instead of 21MB, and it doesn't link a single binary to
/usr/bin, so you may as well have just untar'd the source in /opt.
