[aur-general] AUR request mentality

I had the same impression but I wonder how this is possible or admitted.

Considering that the actual state of the requests web section won't give
space to discussions or clarifications the reading of the aur-requests
ML shouldn't be optional but absolutely a requirement for a TU.
