[aur-general] Should we still include VCS packages in makedepends?

makepkg only uses those to see which package handles which URLs, and 
then checks whether they’re in the depends arrays, if they’re not it 
prints an error and fails. There was a task on the FS[1] about changing 
it to install them, but it’s a WontFix.
