[aur-general] Moving subtle to AUR

Hi,

The subtle package (a window manager) was blocking the ruby 2.1 TODO
list. The build scripts specifically checks for ruby version 1.9. When
disabling that check, it has problems linking/compiling and it also
does not respect the CFLAGS variable. Tried to patch it with sed, with
no luck. If someone wish to give it a stab, it's now in AUR. If it
should successfully build and run with Ruby 2.1 in the future (2.1 is
currently in [staging]), I would be happy to consider moving it back
to [community].
