[aur-general] Delete request: gtkpacman

Actually, in light of the information present at
https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Pacman_GUI_Frontends I will
retract my previous comment. Too many existing, working Gtk front-ends
for me to bother with gtkpacman.
