[aur-general] Packages removal

Could you please remove the packages
python2-sqlalchemy-0.8<https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python2-sqlalchemy-0.8/>
 and python2-sqlalchemy-0.8-migrate<https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/python2-sqlalchemy-0.8-migrate/>

Since the move to 2014-1-b3 on the Openstack packages, we can now use the
official python2-sqlalchemy and the new package python2-openstack-migrate
