[aur-general] Merge Request: tengine-dev to tengine

Hi all,

It's been a while that I maintain both tengine and tengine-dev, but
tengine's development release (now 2.0.2, updated to nginx 1.4.6) is
quite stable as there's no need to maintain both packages.(the tengine
package is quite out-of-date, now 1.5.2 updated to nginx 1.2.9)

So please merge tengine-dev to tengine, I'm planning to submit a new
tengine-extra package for some extra features.
