[aur-general] Please delete csr-gen

Hi!

I've been the maintainer of csr-gen [1] and orphaned it some time ago.
csr-gen is a script to generate CSR for CaCert. It is old and does not
reflect new developements in TLS (after Heartbleed and NSA). I have now
realized it were actually bad if it were used in the future. So please
delete the package.
