[aur-general] Package removal request: systemd-loop-swapfile-auto

I full rewrite this package and create new "combiner",
(https://aur.archlinux.org/packages/systemd-swap/) this is package no
more needed and can be removed.
I'm going to disown it  and flag it out-of-date. Please remove it
(systemd-loop-swapfile-auto).
