[aur-general] Multiple packages removal request

Please delete all ruby1.9* packages except for "ruby1.9-bundler" and "ruby1.9".

I am the maintainer of them all.

I was going to use them as dependencies for metasploit-git package,
but I figured out creating a package for Metasploit is impossible.
Thus, I updated the wiki with manual install instructions:

Now the packages I created are useless.
