It's not just mobile - web Gmail is painful for mailing list replies
inline as well. Google's webUI doesn't have much control, so most
folks just top-post because they've made it kinda hard. And our
Outlook friends, same problem -- top posting is how all these clients
work. Only if you're using a traditional client (in my travels and
opinion) like Thunderbird or mutt makes it easy to work with mailing
lists. *shrug*
