[aur-general] Dell 2155cdn driver PKGBUILD quality check

LW,

nope, there only is a 32-bit version available (which works fine on 64-bit).

This isn't really a binary, but it contains CUPS executable filters.
Should I still tag it as -bin? I have checked the other printer
drivers and they don't use this naming scheme.
