[aur-general] Orphan packages, Policy on bots

Yeah, I was looking at calling wget or curl to download PKGBUILDs
locally for processing, which would achieve the same thing, except in
a more nasty way.

My only qualm with the git mirror is that it keeps deleted packages, no?
