[aur-general] Out-of-date notifications

If upstream uses github or something like that, you can do what I do. I
watch the project, so when the upstream devs create a new release I get
an e-mail from github telling me so. And you can also know what is
happening with the project more closely.

Yes, you're supposed to get an e-mail. But it won't hurt to login now
and then on the aur page.
