[aur-general] Send Package to AUR

The step you seem to miss is the following (just guessing):
Log on in aur.archlinux.org, go to your profiles preferences and paste
you public key in the appropriate field (SSH Public Key). This makes you
identifiable and allows you to submit packages (if they are created
beforehand).
