[aur-general] yaourt can't access ssl certs

In /etc/openssl/openssl.conf a newcerts variable is defined as 
$DIR/newcerts.  In checking the directory structure, no newcerts 
directory existed until I created it.  As soon as that was done, the 
problem went away.
