[aur-general] New to makepkg, can someone have a look at my scripts?

Hello everyone,

few days ago I decided to write few makepkg scripts to build some
bioinformatics tools that I'm using in a project that I'm currently working
on.
Can someone please check if they are ok and maybe give me some feedback on
things that I can improve?
