[aur-general] Rename Request for python-spotipy, python-spotipy-git and python2-spotipy

I suspect that instead it should be a merge request? or managed using
provides/conflicts or such...

If the aur packages themselves are unupdated you could also submit an
orphan request so you can take over them if the maintainer fails to
acknowledge them in due time...
