[aur-general] Renaming packages - scaleft client and server tools

If you've already created the new packages you are almost there. Just go 
to the old packages and submit a new request on each of them. One of the 
requests types you can create (along with delete, orphan, etc.) is a 
merge request. It will prompt you for the target you want to merge into 
(which should be the matching new package name).

When the requests are approved the comments and votes should move over 
and the old name will be deleted.
