[aur-general] [PRQ#29045] Deletion Request for hugo-bin

There were longer delays when it was first added. I was just
explaining why I had maintained a separate package. Now that I know
the guidelines advises against this, I have no qualms with them being
removed as I can just maintain my own PKGBUILDS.
