djmattyg007 [1] filed a orphan request for rtorrent-pyro [2]:

The package appears to have been abandoned by its maintainer. It
hasn't been updated in months, despite there being a new version of
libtorrent and the rtorrent-pyro patches moving from Google Code to
Github. The package simply isn't installable in its current state.
