[aur-requests] [PRQ#631] Merge Request for pev

Thermi [1] filed a request to merge pev [2] into pev-git [3]:

As the developer doesn't provide any source code packages for the
latest version, I created a git package for it and fixed the source to
correctly compile. A pull reqeuest was submitted to the official
repository for those changes.
