dx [1] filed a deletion request for irssi-bitlbee-facebook-rename [2]:

There are three packages for this script, actually:

irssi-bitlbee-facebook-rename
irssi-script-bitlbee-facebook-rename
irssi-script-bitlbee-facebook-rename-git

All three by the same submitter, with almost the same pkgbuild (last
one has a shorter package function)

I suggest nuking all three, since they provide functionality that
already exists in bitlbee:
