[aur-requests] [PRQ#1340] Orphan Request for python2-lepl

mawcomw [1] filed a orphan request for python2-lepl [2]:

The package is outdated, altough the upstream had discontinued the
development, there was one latest version 5.1.0.

And i would like to take ownership because a package i am building
depends on it.
