[aur-requests] [PRQ#1413] Orphan Request for collabtive

cookies [1] filed a orphan request for collabtive [2]:

The package is outdated (version 2.0 was released on the 13rd August
2013), has no package() function, uses $startdir and has arch=('i686'
'x86_64') instead of arch=('any').
I would like to adopt, update and fix it.
