[aur-requests] [PRQ#1563] Orphan Request for xtensa-unknown-elf-gcc

Emulatorman [1] filed a orphan request for xtensa-unknown-elf-gcc [2]:

It's out-of-date from 2014-09-19 [0] since coadde and me are
maintaining it from Parabola. Also, that version doesn't works well
against ath9k-htc-firware due specific xtensa missing for that
firmware [1]
If the maintainer on AUR can't have time to keep it up-of-date, i can
do it.
