[aur-requests] [PRQ#1033] Merge Request for chromium-plugins

ava1ar [1] filed a request to merge chromium-plugins [2] into
chromium-pepper-flash [3]:

Please merge splitted PKGBUILD with 1 package into separate package. I
am the owner of both. Previously this splitted package contain
multiple, but now only one left. So I am moving it back to the
separate package. Thanks.
