[aur-requests] [PRQ#1034] Deletion Request for teensyduino-toolchain

Koromix [1] filed a deletion request for teensyduino-toolchain [2]:

Obsolete and broken: this package was used to provide the upstream
compiler toolchains for my teensyduino package instead of using Arch
Linux's AVR/ARM toolchains.

I changed things so that teensyduino now keeps the upstream toolchains
and teensyduino-native uses Arch Linux's ones.
