[aur-requests] [PRQ#1044] Merge Request for gimp-resynth-git

TrialnError [1] filed a request to merge gimp-resynth-git [2] into
gimp-plugin-resynthesizer-git [3]:

Since duplicate PKGBuilds were removed[5] I took the chance to give
the PKGBuild the proper name (make clear it's a gimp plugin and full
name)

So please merge my old gimp-resynth-git into
gimp-plugin-resynthesizer-git
