[aur-requests] [PRQ#1149] Deletion Request for hwd

TrialnError [1] filed a deletion request for hwd [2]:

The project seems to be gone.
Looked at the URL[6] where they list the projects. But the hwd links
are dead (project page, homepage, link to the arch form).

On the download site[7] there is no hwd listed either (lshwd is
something different).

So I suppose this can be deleted
