You can have those locally for your own purposes. It's not a reason to 
duplicate an entire package.

The point was, had you packaged the server-JREs, it would be okay. What 
you did instead was basically duplicate the JDK packages (which you even 
split in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions).

Unfortunately, that is not okay.
