[aur-requests] [PRQ#1206] Merge Request for python-dbfpy

TrialnError [1] filed a request to merge python-dbfpy [2] into
python2-dbfpy [3]:

Doesn't seem to be working with Python3.x.
Creating the package produce errors (py2to3 specific ones)
And the last Maintainer uploaded it again with python2 prefix
