[aur-requests] [PRQ#1303] Merge Request for bouml-5.1.2

TrialnError [1] filed a request to merge bouml-5.1.2 [2] into bouml

If I get the situation right, this PKGBuild got created after the
bouml PKGBuild stayed in 2012 on the latest 4.x version after a
license change from upstream and some difficulties to get the source.

However, it got later updated to 5.x[5]
So the unmaintained old PKGBuild should be removed
