[aur-requests] [PRQ#708] Merge Request for tweepy

TrialnError [1] filed a request to merge tweepy [2] into
python2-tweepy [3]:

The Maintainer asked about how a Merge Request can be supplied, but he
never did.

tweepy and python2-tweepy provide the same, so the first should be
merged into the latter.
